Yes, it's true. I woke up, all on my own, at 4:45 this morning, hauled myself out of bed (Candie Bear was less than pleased... poor baby), got dressed, and went to the gym. So when I got to the gym around 5:30, the buzz I had waking up was gone and all I wanted to do was to crawl back into bed. So I just sat in my car for a little bit and then forced myself to go inside! Now I feel awesome after working out this morning before coming to work!
I did the same last Friday, went to the gym in the morning, and I felt great too. But I wasn't sure if I felt great cause I went to the gym, or because it was Friday and a long weekend!! Now I know though, I should definitely go to the gym in the mornings before work all the time because it helps to wake me up and I'm not still half asleep by the time I sit down. That, and it makes me feel good and will hopefully help me on my quest to lose weight.
Today is going to be a busy day at work (I hope) and I won't have too much free time. If I do, I will hopefully be studying my GRE book. (because that's coming up in 3 weeks!!!!)
